Balbes, an antagonist of the movie played by Yuri Nikulin, exclaimed: "Make it brief, Sklifosovskiy!" to Shurik and his friend, the protagonists, who, having disguised themselves as vaccination nurses, commenced a long lecture about the benefits of immunization.
