Такъ, въ раіонѣ севастопольскаго градоначальства, т.е. на протяженіи 35 вер. по берегу моря, въ 1888 г., по показаніямъ рыбопромышленниковъ, было поймано рыбы на 175 т. р.           "text": "Черноморскій бассейн, къ составу коего относятъ море, Днѣпръ, Бугъ и Днѣстръ, по размѣрамъ улова занимается одно изъ послѣднихъ мѣстъ. Въ немъ ловится почти исключительно черная рыба, главнымъ образомъ скумбрія, кефаль, хамса, камбала и султанка, красная попадается въ весьмя незначительномъ количествѣ. Выловленная рыба потребляется главнымъ образомъ на мѣстѣ и ближайшихъ раіонахъ. Данныя о количествѣ ловимой въ Черномъ морѣ рыбы весьма скудны; г. Данилевскимъ въ 60-хъ гг. общій уловъ рыбы здѣсь опрѣделенъ въ 100 т. ц. Въ новѣйшее время уловъ рыбы значительно больше. Такъ, въ раіонѣ севастопольскаго градоначальства, т.е. на протяженіи 35 вер. по берегу моря, въ 1888 г., по показаніямъ рыбопромышленниковъ, было поймано рыбы на 175 т. р.
