Compare Gothic 𐌼𐌰𐌲𐌰𐌽 (magan), Proto-Slavic *mogь, *moťi (“be able, can”). mund represents a nasal present of muj (cf. Tosk lind > Gheg lej, gdhe > gdhend etc).
