Noun

IPA: [kɔnˈt͡sɛrt kɔbˈzɔnɐ]
Etymology: Referring to Iosif Kobzon, a Ukrainian-born pro-Russian singer, who died on 30 August 2018. The leader of the pro-Russian Donetsk People's Republic, Alexander Zakharchenko, was assassinated the next day through a swift bomb explosion, that killed him instantly. It was then widely joked on the Ukrainian internet that he had followed the late Kobzon to a concert. Repopularized following the 2022 full-scale invasion of Ukraine, in the generic sense "quick death of a Russian soldier".
