"ინჩაჴუ" meaning in Old Georgian

See ინჩაჴუ in All languages combined, or Wiktionary

Noun

Forms: inčaqu [romanization]
Etymology: Ḳelauraʒe on the basis of ინჩაჴუ (inčaqu, “crop, craw”), Georgian ხვანჩი (xvanči, “Adam's apple”), Mingrelian ხონჩი (xonči, “Adam's apple”), Svan ჴუ̂ა̈ნჩ (qûänč, “crop, craw”) reconstructs Proto-Kartvelian *qwanč-. In Mingrelian and Svan the expected *ჩქ (*čk) (← *ჩ (*č)) consonant cluster didn't develop probably due to the presence of ჴ (q) in the stem. Old Georgian ჩაჴჳ (čaqwi) must be a metathesized form related to this family of words too.
