The spider-web is taken to be, then, a mould-like yarn/web. The Karabakh forms may be regarded as folk-etymological reshaping as ‘kerchief of a mouse’, from մոկնը (moknə, “mouse”) (Old Armenian մուկն (mukn)) + մանդիլ (mandil, “kerchief”).",
