          "text": "١٩٣٦ – دَوْسَر: هو ثلاثة أنواع، أحدها يُعرف بالْبِجُّهْ، والْآخر الطّرْذفَيْرَهْ، والثالث الشَّتَّينْ، فأما الْيِجُّهْ. فورقه كورق الحنطة أول خروجها، إلا أنها ألين وأصفر بكثير، وتخرج، لها ساق رقيقة ملساء معقَّدة، وربما كانت ثلاثا أو أربعا، وتخرج من نصف الساق إلى فوق غُلف صفار تشبه غلف العلس، وهي موضوعة على الساق بعضها فوق بعض على جنبي الساق، منوازية، وفي داخلها حبّ صغير بشبه الكمون في قدره ولونه، وفيها انحفار يسير من ناحية واحدة، وفي أطراف تلك الغلف شيء رقيق يشبه الشعر، وطعم الحبّ فيه مرارة وحرافة يسيرة، وينبت مع البر في مزارع، وزهره أبيض رقيق بشبه زهر الحنطة، وحبّه ضاويّ، وهو مرعى تسمن عليه الماشية، ومنه ما له غلاف واحد وما له غلافان، وذكره ذ̱ في 4 و ج في 7، ويسمى ي أَغْلِيسْ وأَغْلِيصْ، س أَوْلِيذَا، ر دُنْقُه، عج الْبِجُّه، بر آزُقُّونْ وأَوْزَاقْ وأَرِنَّا، ع زُؤَانْ، ويقال زُنَ في بعض اللغات، ويسميه أهل السواد الشيلم، وهو خطأ، وبالعبرانية سَالَم بتفخيم السين، نط سَعْيَمّْ وسَعْسَعْ، ويسميه بعض العرب القَبْأَة، فس دَوْسَر، والدوسر عند الأطباء البشط، وذلك غلط، فس خَنْدَرُوسْ، وهذا النوع ينبت بالبطاح والمروج والمُسُل والرطبة.\nومنه نوع آخر جبلي، بشبه هذا الموصوف، إلا أن ساقه أغلظ وأطول، وحبّه في قدر حبّ البَرّ، في غلافين، وله لون فرفيري مائل إلى البياض، تعلو نحو ذراع، وله أصل أبيض مملوء رطوبة، في غلظ الخنصر، وطعمه حّريق، يذيب الخنازير إذا دُقّ يابسا وذُرّ عليها، وهو دواء حادّ، آكل اللحم العفن، ويسمى عج طِرِذْقِيرَهْ مُنْتُوزَهْ، أي، حنطة جبلية (م ٢٢١)، وأما النوع الثالث المسمى بالشتَّين فهو نبات بشبه نبات الزؤان، إلا أنه أصفر منه بكثير، منابته لأرض المختلفة بالرمل، في ش.",

          "text": "١٩٣٦ – دَوْسَر: هو ثلاثة أنواع، أحدها يُعرف بالْبِجُّهْ، والْآخر الطّرْذفَيْرَهْ، والثالث الشَّتَّينْ، فأما الْيِجُّهْ. فورقه كورق الحنطة أول خروجها، إلا أنها ألين وأصفر بكثير، وتخرج، لها ساق رقيقة ملساء معقَّدة، وربما كانت ثلاثا أو أربعا، وتخرج من نصف الساق إلى فوق غُلف صفار تشبه غلف العلس، وهي موضوعة على الساق بعضها فوق بعض على جنبي الساق، منوازية، وفي داخلها حبّ صغير بشبه الكمون في قدره ولونه، وفيها انحفار يسير من ناحية واحدة، وفي أطراف تلك الغلف شيء رقيق يشبه الشعر، وطعم الحبّ فيه مرارة وحرافة يسيرة، وينبت مع البر في مزارع، وزهره أبيض رقيق بشبه زهر الحنطة، وحبّه ضاويّ، وهو مرعى تسمن عليه الماشية، ومنه ما له غلاف واحد وما له غلافان، وذكره ذ̱ في 4 و ج في 7، ويسمى ي أَغْلِيسْ وأَغْلِيصْ، س أَوْلِيذَا، ر دُنْقُه، عج الْبِجُّه، بر آزُقُّونْ وأَوْزَاقْ وأَرِنَّا، ع زُؤَانْ، ويقال زُنَ في بعض اللغات، ويسميه أهل السواد الشيلم، وهو خطأ، وبالعبرانية سَالَم بتفخيم السين، نط سَعْيَمّْ وسَعْسَعْ، ويسميه بعض العرب القَبْأَة، فس دَوْسَر، والدوسر عند الأطباء البشط، وذلك غلط، فس خَنْدَرُوسْ، وهذا النوع ينبت بالبطاح والمروج والمُسُل والرطبة.\nومنه نوع آخر جبلي، بشبه هذا الموصوف، إلا أن ساقه أغلظ وأطول، وحبّه في قدر حبّ البَرّ، في غلافين، وله لون فرفيري مائل إلى البياض، تعلو نحو ذراع، وله أصل أبيض مملوء رطوبة، في غلظ الخنصر، وطعمه حّريق، يذيب الخنازير إذا دُقّ يابسا وذُرّ عليها، وهو دواء حادّ، آكل اللحم العفن، ويسمى عج طِرِذْقِيرَهْ مُنْتُوزَهْ، أي، حنطة جبلية (م ٢٢١)، وأما النوع الثالث المسمى بالشتَّين فهو نبات بشبه نبات الزؤان، إلا أنه أصفر منه بكثير، منابته لأرض المختلفة بالرمل، في ش.",

          "text": "دوسر: أبو حنيفة: أخبرني أعرابي من أهل السراة قال: الدوسر ينبت في أصناف الزرع وهو في خلقته غير أنه يجاوز الزرع في الطول وله سنبل وحب صغار دقيق أسمر يختلط بالبر نسميه الزوان. قال: وهذه الصفة صفة حب ينبت عندنا أيضاً في الزرع دقيقة فيها خضرة لا تفسد الطعام، وقد تؤكل وهي طيبة، وأما الزوان فهو مسكر وتسميه الدبقة والتي تسكر عندنا هي حبة مدورة صغيرة تسمى بالفارسية الحر، وفيها علقّمة يسيرة وليس شيء مما يخالط الحنطة عندنا أشدّ إضراراً للطعام من الذي يسمى بالفارسية الشيلم. ديسقوريدوس في الرابعة: أغيلص هي عشبة لها ورق شبيه بورق سنبل الحنطة إلا أنه ألين منه في طرفه ثمرة في غلافين أو ثلاثة يظهر في جوف الغلف شيء دقيق شبيه في دقته بالشعر، جالينوس في السادسة: قوّته محللة كما قد يدل على ذلك طعمه، وذلك أن فيه حرافة يسيرة وقد يستدل على ذلك منه بأن تشفي الأورام التي تبتدىء أن تصاب والنواصير التي تحدث عند العينين ويعرف بالغرب. ديسقوريدوس: هذا النبات إذا تضمد به مع الدقيق أبرأ الغرب المتفجر وحلل الأورام الصلبة، وقد تستخرج عصارته وتخلط بالدقيق وتجفف، وتستعمل لهذه العلل. أريناسيس: يذهب بداء الثعلب لطوخاً. أبو العباس النباتي: هذا الدواء ليس بالدوسر وإنما هو نوع منه، وهذا هو الشيلم المعروف عند العرب بالزوان.",
